CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS

Phuket Nature Home Group Co. Ltd's strong determination to create the best housing project on the Island of Phuket is well under way with all the large detached houses around the lagoon either completed or virtually finished with several already sold and occupied. The lagoon area is sympathetically lit at night with automatic timed lighting and at night the atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility. In the evening it is a delight to be able to sit out on the various patios and verandas, the houses softly lit by their swimming pool lights, and look out across the lagoon water to the surrounding forest.

Due to the Project's sound financial backing, Phase 2 is well underway with the detached houses along the Project driveway under construction.

The project is almost finished and already has an absolute delight with the tastefully decorated exteriors of the houses and the tropical gardens of each individual house blending together to create an extremely well co-ordinated and beautiful final product. The conceptual design will be further enhanced with the completion of the Lagoon Project clubhouse, restaurant, cafe and communal pool.

There are four different styles of detached property on offer plus the Baan Ing Mai Town Houses and all properties have subtle hints of Oriental influence thoughtfully blended within the architect's contemporary style.

The Project is divided into three distinct areas:

GREENERY ZONE

The Phuket Private Lagoon is surrounded by flowers, greenery and various kinds of trees. The central feature, the lagoon, is fed from a natural water supply with forested moutain scenery behind.

HEALTHY ZONE

Running alongside the lagoon is a pathway suitable for safe walking or jogging. The Project will also include a 50 metre communal swimmign pool and gym for residents and their guests. There will be a small shopping center, a restaurant and cafe beside swimming pool.

PRIVACY & SAFETY ZONE

Phuket Private Lagoon has one entrance point from the main road which is protected by our 24 hour manned security system complete with electronic barrier.
